Beyond poor quality... deserves no stars!
This item was purchased as a birthday (16) present for the son of a friend who is interested in all aspects of woodworking and unfortunately, it's too embarrassing to give this pitiful set to him. I know, I know, you get what you pay for. I thought at least I would be able to sharpen them for him and they'd be ok. (I sharpened them but material thickness was so inaccurate and steel quality so bad, I could barely make a decent edge). This is part of the flood of cheap low-quality Chinese imports... terrible steel, wonky forgings, woeful cutting edge angles, horrendously bad grinding, no sharp edges, wretched handle quality, insubstantial pouch/holder (need I mention what they call "leather"?). The Chinese must think we are a country of suckers, buying this kind of rubbish. Thinking about it, the only positive thing I could say about this item is "Don't buy it!" (or you'll be finding out first hand). At least feel better now for getting that off my chest.Poor job, very poor indeed.

Horrendous Quality
About as sharp as a bowling ball. As strong as the jelly it would barely be suitable for chiselling through. The metal is so bendy I felt like I was URI GellerHonestly, this product should be rebranded as suitable for under 5’s - so long as the play dough their using to chisel is liquidised first. Else they’ll have the same problems I’ve had.Poor quality.

Unbelievably bad quality
Arrived on time. That's the good bit of the review and that's the one star.The product gets zero stars. The metal fixings were already rusty and the wooden handles had bad stains on them. This was to be a gift but returned to Amazon straight away.Do not buy. Very bad quality. I'm surprised that Amazon allows goods this shoddy to be listed.

Complete rubbish! Not recommended
I wouldnt advise paying extra to get 'next day' as you'll only be gutted you threw even more money diwn the toilet! You get what you pay for....Dreadful.

Would not recommend
It is sturdy alright.Low grade steel with a very bad finish and blunt.... only if wood and butter had the same consistency...I wouldn’t recommend, shame tho nice range/shape chisels that could have been very handy...
