DESIGN:The handle feels well-made for what is essentially chrome-coated plastic with a few metallic parts where it matters (the hose connectors are metallic for sure). I've paired mine with a separate fully-metal diverter valve to allow continued use of my standard shower head. I actually preferred this route since many of the combination kits that include diverters only send ones that are also chrome-coated plastic, even models upwards of $180. This quality product paired with a $25 metal diverter were well worth the small extra effort it took to find a good one.SHOWER SETTINGS:There are too many handheld faucet systems on the market that come with a ridiculous amount of "features" meant to cover a wide basis of preferences that unwittingly reduce the effectiveness of each setting (the more settings you typically have, the less holes and water coverage dedicated to each setting). This device effectively has two dedicated spray modes and one mode where they are combined.1 - The first setting opens the valve to dozens of finely drilled holes that creates a wide-coverage high-pressure spray of water streams with about an inch of water gap in the center when used at a normal bent-arm distance from the body. I always start with this setting for its cleansing power as it feels like the aquatic version of brushing my skin with a medium/soft boar bristle hair brush.2 - The second independent setting is what I pivot to for my feet and areas on my backside for a cleansing blast of water. It has a great thick combined steam of linear pressure, so be careful around sensitive body parts.3 - The middle setting combines the two independent settings. Pretty self-explanatory, but it is worth noting that there is not a significant loss in overall pressure when using it. I tend to finish my showed on this setting, especially when washing areas like my face as it is a bit more soothing.SUMMARY:This handheld shower faucet has a solid design with minimalistic core functionality that allows it to be optimally functional while also being quite cost-effective compared to common handheld models.I've been very pleased with each component included and their respective structural integrity upon installation and usage. Excellent shower head for camper trailer even when running on pump.Our camper came with the Oxygenics "BodySpa" shower head which I was not happy with it from the start. Low pressure even on city water, uneven coverage, just no bueno.Someone on a camper forum mentioned they were happy with the KAIYING and thought I would give it a try. WOW! Night and day difference. It provides even and consistent pressure even when we are running on the pump. The "pause" button cuts off the water flow completely (ie. no constant drip like most other shower heads). The shower head came with a hose and bracket, but I just used the existing ones from the Oxygenics. Unscrewed the old shower head, screwed on the new KAIYING, and it just works. Even sits in the existing bracket just fine.

I had been looking for a shower head that would solve two problems in my shower. One was low water pressure which made it take forever to rinse my hair, and the other was that the stall is small and the water pipe extends a good way out. So when I added a shower head, (especially one that could be removed from the bracket), the spray was too far to the wall to comfortably stand under. With this bracket mounted on the wall rather than the water pipe, and with the angle being adjustable, I can comfortably shower under it in the small stall. PROS AND CONS: Pros - it does make the water come out with nice pressure! As mentioned, it can be placed so that the spray comes out closer to the back wall, and the angle adjusted. I like the middle setting where a strong spray comes out the middle, and also having a setting to get all the water in one narrow but strong spray. A shut off button is also great. Also, you can unscrew the face of the head to clean it. I’m thinking that this will make it much easier and effective to remove mineral deposits. Cons: I’ve only showered with it twice so far, and the second time, a few of the fine spray was coming out sideways, as complained about by other buyers. There was one little spray of water doing this when I changed to the middle setting. Hopefully this problem won’t get worse, or I won’t have to clean the plate really often. When I got the unit, I was disappointed because it seemed that the bracket angle was not adjustable, which I thought it would be based on the video. Going back and looking at the chart on Amazon I thought I would have to buy another bracket because I got the cheaper hand held shower. When I got the new adjustable bracket I realized that it looked just like the first. I couldn’t get that to move either, until I used a lot of pressure, and now it is fine. So both the initial one and this one seem to be fine. I’ll write another review after I’ve used it a while to report how often I have to clean it to prevent the tiny holes from getting clogged with mineral buildup. I’m pleased to have this, and right now think I would buy it again due to solving my shower problems. Update at almost a month: Still very pleased. Excellent water pressure, in fact sometimes I use the slider on the shower head to lessen the pressure (you can also turn off the water that way). I love also the extra room in my shower. It still sends out a few stray sprays of water, but I’ll put up with that. Mount seems very secure to shower wall.

We really like this shower head. It feels so nice on your body and doesn't come out hard, it's very soft. Just hoping it will save on our water bill. Time will tell. It's very well made and we highly recommend it.

Just took my first shower with new showerhead. Works as I had hoped, water pressure was stronger and easier to rinse shampoo and conditioner from my hair.
