Perfect for a quick snack or meal especially after my weight loss surgery. My stomach is tiny now! Great flavor. The packaging is super convenient. I tried a squeezable jelly and another brand of almond butter that they had at the grocery store while I waited for this because it was such a good idea. It was possible but messier. I think these Splits are just great! Very Yummy! Great for anyone who’s had bariatric surgery. I’m a year out. I didn’t know about these during the purée food and soft food stages. I would recommend talking to you doctor or nutritionist before eating if you’re not back on all food yet!

These are awesome for people who are constantly on the go like me... you throw one in your bag and you’re good to go! It’s a little pricey for the amount you get... and the cardboard box got delivered to me opened (not a big deal, nothing was punctured or anything). It tastes really high quality and healthy. It’s a great snack to have and it will keep you full for long. I can strongly recommend it to anyone who Is 1) is really busy 2) someone who’s looking for a healthier alternative snack and 3) doesn’t want to spend time worrying about packing up a snack. Love it !

I like the concept and once you get the products out of the package they taste great BUT no matter how carefully you knead the almond butter the first half of the package is just oil, the second half is almond butter but it is incredibly thick and hard to squeeze out. I would try another flavor but you have to get a pack of 10 so I don't want to get stuck with that many if I'm going to have the same issue.

I absolutely love Split! It’s an easy afternoon on the go snack that gives me the protein and energy I need to bridge to day between lunch, workout and dinner. Aside from being delicious, it’s the perfect amount that leaves me satisfied, but not overwhelmed. Almond butter and raspberry is my favorite flavor, but they have other awesome flavors. I would highly recommend Split if you are on the go and you value nutrition that tastes good!

My first experience was not good. I didn't read the direction and so did not take the time to knead the product in the package before opening. The problem is the oil separates from the Apricot butter over time and needs to be remixed before eating. If you don't (like I didn't) its pretty unappetizing. However, once I figured it out and mixed it before opening I have really enjoyed it. The flavors are great and the packaging is easy to deal with.I have only two criticisms: One, I think the price is a bit high. A $2.50 each price point is, IMO, pretty high. Second, Amazon didn't do the presentation any favors by shipping it in a sleeve rather than a box and It arrived pretty crushed. Not enough to tear open the packaging of the product itself but the light cardboard carton they were in was in bad shape.All that said, I will certainly be putting in another order for Split in the near future (Blueberry this time)! If you are looking for a portable healthy snack you should give Split a try.

These are excellent to hold yourself over when you are hungry. The almond butter doesn't come out of the package as easily as the ones with peanut butter in them do. This flavor combo tastes like an almond cookie. May not be great for kids because you really have to squeeze to get the almond butter out but the jelly squirts out way too easy. Really good. Packaging does not hold up well through Amazon shipping.

This was a largely disappointing and overpriced item I bought. This is advertised as a 2 in one snack pack. I got the almond butter and jelly. The almond butter had gross liquid residue and it was stuck in the packet and not able to come out smoothly at all. I had to use scissors to open the entire packet to even get the product. When I got to the product, it was clumpy and very unpleasant to eat. I feel like I wasted a lot of money and could have used that to buy a way better product. This was highly disappointing and I will not be purchasing it again. Do not waste your money, way better options out there.

This was just what I needed for a recent road trip. Wanted to avoid fast food and restaurants during a multi-day road trip cross country. I could make sandwiches for ice chest, or just grab a packet for a quick snack to keep us going. I thought the price was a little too high, but it was what I needed and I’m glad I went ahead and bought these.
