Ordered this as a stocking filler for my 20 something daughter. It's absolutely fab, beautiful colours, soft inside and out with a V shape at the back of the hat so it sits snuggly around the neck and allows it to sit over your ears. The snood slips over your head easily but still sits close to your neck. I am so delighted with this set I have ordered another one for my sister. The price is very good for the overall quality.

no - it's not just as loose as in the pictures - that model must have a child's head!! - but it's not very tight either,it pretty much covers my forehead entirely and NO, my pompons (although i could have survived without them) DID NOT FALL OFF ! (first thing i checked!! LOL )it is very soft and warm - therefor thick - or the other way round :)the smell a lot of items coming all the way from china (or u.s. for that matter,same kinda trip! ) with is very easily 'removed' with a refreshing short wash - anyone should do before first wearing any kind of new clothing anyway :)altogether it is very much worth the price :)

These feel super cosy and look nice, but within a few days the pompom on top of the hat fell off. I sewed it back on, and then a few days later, I found the seam of the neck warmer on the inside is coming apart. I doubt this will last me more than one winter.
