Tahoe Trails 40 oz Double Wall Vacuum Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle, Dark Green

This is an update, with a question.So, I purchased this 8 months ago and was PERFECTLY THRILLED with it's functionality. I outlined in my previous review how great it was at keeping water cold and how ice cubes would remain even after 24 hours. There would be no condensation on the outside of the flask, which was very important to me. But now, something has happened to change all of that. Water isn't cold, ice melts quickly and there IS condensation. What Happened? I must admit that I did accidentally drop it on the ground twice. But I've read other reviews from customers who said they'be dropped their's multiple times and haven't had any problems. And since there's no glass inner wall, why would dropping it cause all of these failures? I've ordered another one because it was absolutely great for the 8 months that I had it. And I won't have to pay anything for this one because I have enough reward points on the card I used to make the purchase that it comes out to be free. But can anyone please give me an idea of what the problem could be? Is it the seal on the lid? Is the inner wall damaged? I'm baffled by this.

The lid is my main problem. The opening is far too wide, so it’s insanely easy to spill water. It also kinda self seals sometimes? I don’t know, it just is really hard to open by multiple people at a time after not being closed very tightly. I bought a different kind after having this one for a couple months just because of the lid.

I'm in love with this water bottle!! I have had the big brand name, the one with the dancing guy on front, and this works so much better!! My ice stays ice for DAYS, not hours. Why would you pay 3x the price for the name brand? I can't say enough about this bottle, it's the s*!t!!

I only use this product when I have long days at work. I discovered that, if I pour boiling hot water into this container first, empty it out after about 5 minutes and then add tea bags and new boiling water, it will stay hot for as long as 16 hours. That's with opening it up and pouring out tea twice over that period. Granted, I use this container in conjunction with a backpacking style sleeve that it fits perfectly into so, it has that extra layer of insulation. Nevertheless, I'm delighted with this product as it serves exactly in the capacity that I was hoping it would. My only wish is that the cap was removable completely from the unit so that washing and drying would be easier.

Wonderful water bottle , glad I bought this. Doesn’t leak and doesn’t get scratched up rolling around in your car (personal experience haha) . Added RedBubble Stickers to customize so they don’t come with the water bottle !

I love this water bottle! It keeps water cold and icy for days!!! I wanted to stay more hydrated and this bottle has helped me with that. I highly recommend purchasing a straw top from simply modern or similar third party company though as using the wide mouth to drink from straight was not the best experience. Any 'wide mouth' water bottle lid will fit.

This water bottle really holds in heat for hot drinks and keeps cold drinks cold for several hours just as described. It is also easy to clean. The only thing it that it is a little heavier than I would prefer but other than a good product.
