Love the packaging and love that the seller provides instructions on how to store the oil. The quality of the packaging sets you up for what's inside. This is an unctuous oil and left us smacking our lips after tasting it. It's the kind of oil that will be fabulous with some focaccia, or drizzled over pasta and served with a good glass of wine! It has a fresh, grassy start with the right amount of bitterness and a delightful peppery finish. Loved it!

This olive oil tastes out of the world. I am personally excited to know the source of olives in Tuscany and the details of the mechanical process. It gives me a connection to the food I consume. The oil tastes a little spicy and leaves a mild tingling sensation. I plan to use it with food with strong flavors. Packaging was well done and the box arrived well protected. Looking forward to enjoying trying another flavor next time.

I’ve ordered this olive oil several times now. It’s a very good every day olive oil and I enjoy using it. I use several other high quality olive oils in cooking, recipes and dressings, but this is the one I reach for the most. Definitely recommended

Most olive oils you might find at the store, in comparison to this, seem rather inert. This is vibrant and alive. Grassy, spicy, bitter (in a good way). Worth trying at least once, if for no other reason than so you know what you're missing when you go back to something not quite as good!

There is an awful bitter after taste. Do not recommend.

Bought this as a gift for a family member. They liked it a lot. Will buy again.
