Great flavor addition
I bought this 'nduja salami to use for bruschetta, but have found the best thing is to use it as a flavoring for sauces and soups. One ounce, added towards the end of preparation as delicious umami intensity, smokiness and spice (hot chile). Will buy again.

Not spicy at all
I know this product very well because I happened to be 100% Italian and unfortunately this product was not what I know well it is supposed to be.

Nice texture but too spicy.
Texture was great but too spicy for our taste. If they had a mild version we would buy it.

Nothing like it! It's the best.
Super tasty and spicy. Easy to use. Dilute with hot water. Add some preserved lemon and garlic. Makes a great sauce!

This is a delicious spreadable salami,,,,use sparingly it’s very spicy...I put a tablespoon of it in any pasta dish I make. Enjoy
