Easy to read. Stories illustrate the 5 principles clearly, making it easy to understand. The humility and vulnerability of Leadership shown by the author and those she interviewed demonstrate the power of those qualities. This book is a great resource for the clients that I coach who are executives and leaders on an inner journey of exploration so that they can uncover treasure inside themselves to be the change in the world they wish to see. Thank you, Joanna Barsh and Johanne Lavoie.

Practical and great for self-directed explorers. I found the book to be helpful as I was reflecting on both how to grow as a leader for my teams, as well as person. I strongly recommend this for anyone who is looking for more than just a one-size fits all solution to leadership.

Usually i like a recommendation before spending time reading a book. I did mot do that for this one and now that i have finished i realized i should have. The book contains useful information, but i would not consider this a "keeper"

Very powerful and well written book on leadership.

The book came quickly but it didn't meet my needs. There was too much about the author and not enough about the processes for what I wanted.

This is a worthwhile read for anyone who wants to develop as a leader and increase self-awareness. Very useful and applicable at any stage of career or life.

With all the anecdotal stories and exercises within this book, there is not much substance. It may help those individuals going through a mid life crisis.

I have been eagerly awaiting this Book for a while, and my high expectations have not been disappointed. It is a wonderful continuation of her previous Book on how remarkable women lead, it continues to inspire through personal stories and testimonials, but this time goes even further through a lot of practical advise and exercises for everyone to try.A Must-have for anyone who aspires to truly grow and develop as leader!

A thoughtful, well researched book written from years of experience in leadership development.

This is an excellent book on leadership. Extremely practical and effective insights given in the book. Hard to not use this as a critical tool in the leadership journey for the next several years.
