I was pleased with the book. It has short, well written clear chapters that cover a lot of territory. The author does a good job of explaining the history and implications of the ancient traditions. in modern language that is presented with colorful page decoration.He seems to do a good job of taking into consideration the background and motivation of the modern reader who is interested in the subjeect

This is an introductory book on karma, which includes a Q&A section at the end. The title suggests that the science of karma will be discussed, but that is not the case. Overall, a good book on the subject and a quick and easy read.

Concise and straight to the point. I loved the comparison of human life to an amusement park. It all became so clear that what we are and where we are now is all because of who we were and where we are in our previous life. I loved the concept of old souls and new souls. A very enlightening piece of literature for beginners.

Jeffrey really got me contemplating on this one 8) A simple short read with profound insights gleaned from vedic wisdom. Fun & relate-able and easy to understand - Thank You Jeffery for the cosmic teachings, reminders & encouragement!

This book arrived with water damage

This is a short, well written book that seems to try to explain the basic points of karma from a Hindu Vedic perspective. Other than that, there is no proof given (or can be given) for anything that is said in the book. The word "science" is used frequently in an attempt to lend credibility to the beliefs of karma and Vedic astrology. The devas are believed to control nature, weather, other natural processes and even override our thoughts and control our minds to make us think certain things in order to deliver karma we ordered in the past. As the book says, "all of the inexplicable coincidences, accidents, or enforced circumstances in our lives are the actions of the devic air traffic control departments." So if you believe this, those who die in natural disasters due so because the devas are controlling the weather/nature delivering karma they have ordered in the past.

Fantastic and easy to understand overview of Karma (as described in the Vedas).. Easy to read, easy to understand, well worth the money
