WOWFireball Frankie - Racing Car (2 Piece Set)

We got this for my 18mo-old son for Christmas and he loves it. He doesn't quite have the "revving" action down yet--the car moves by friction-powered motion. But he can give it a small push. For now that's enough, but he really loves it when his daddy makes it go fast. A fun extra is the "whirring" sound the friction-powered motor makes when it's going... sounds like a real little car. Oh, and he loves the little driver that comes with the car--he's started showing up everywhere with him.Most importantly, Wow Toys is a company that is dedicated to making safe children's toys. I'm a bit cautious when it comes to my son's exposure to chemicals and their toys are FREE of any BPA, PVC, Lead, or Phthalates.It's a little pricier than I'm used to, but the quality is great. This sturdy little car has been crashed into our walls, dropped/thrown on the floor, etc. and still looks brand new. We will definitely be investing in more Wow Toys in the future.

My 2 year old has been playing with this car for almost a year now...she loves it!! However, if you have a child that puts things in their mouth, this may not be for you (or you may want to take the 'driver' away until the child is older). They say that if an item can fit through a toilet paper roll, it is too small for a young toddler/baby. The driver definitely fits that description. The car itself is very durable (it has hit many walls!) and is fun...and we love the fact that you don't need batteries! One of my little girls' favorite toys!

This car is listed as appropriate for 18 month olds. I purchased this along with another similar car. Both the little men that are included with the cars are too small for an 18 month old. My grandson is 21 months old and the first thing my daughter did was hide the men.The cars themselves look like they will be a lot of fun for him to play with; they are well made and sturdy. They work equally well on our berber carpets and hardwood floors. I think he will have a lot of fun pushing these around, minus the little men.

They’re appropriate for children of different ages. They are going to last for years so children can use them differently at various levels of development.

This is a great toy, it doesn't need batteries which is refreshing. We love the WOW brand and would recommend some of their other products over the racing car. When my son pulled the car back too much w/o letting it race forward it seemed to "blow out" the mechanism inside and it doesn't operate that great anymore. The little man is also pretty small so if your child likes to put things in their mouth, i'd remove it until they get passed the stage.

Perfect for little ones to push and play. I put the little person up for now though. We love these vehicles!

The packaging is extremely difficult to open. On the flip side the care is cute, vibrant, and my son loves it! However, it being a "race car" I was expecting it to have some pick up and go but it doesn't (my 21 month old doesn't notice it though). It moves very slow...perhaps defective. Also, the paint is already chipping.

Bought for 15 month grandson, loves it pushes it around with some force, and it’s very sturdy. It doesn’t need batteries so can zoom along on floor and great fun for him crawling to catch it up. Highly recommend these Wow toys.

Wonderful gift for nephew.Although we should've been able to click the little driver onto the seat for a more stable fitting.

This car is very durable and very cute and its a nice little friction car. The character sits in it well but it is very small and we have lost it several times. The character doesn't move. The paint on the car chips off kind of easily, but my son loves it. It is perhaps a bit more than its actually worth, but I bought it purely on namesake.

I have bought lots of the WOW toys either for my own children when they were younger & now for other peoples children. They are great, people of interchangeable gives the children lots of scope for their imagination. I would recommend WOW toys to everyone the games change with them as they get older even my 12 year old has used them when he is making animation films.

I thought the car was very small for the money. Made well but a bit disappointed. I think sizes should be included on the descriptions, would have rather paid a bit more for a bigger car.
