Doesn't get hot enough. Does nothing.
This is such a scam product. It took over a month to arrive and then when it did it didn't heat up to a temperature that would have even the slightest effect on your hair. There are so many better products out there... get one of them, not this.

Save your money. Even though it’s not that expensive it’s not worth the money. The heating element doesn’t get that hot and it’s not that easy to style. I have used smaller flat iron and this doesn’t compare
