I've honestly not been great at consistently using this, but even after 3 or 4 uses, I can see a difference in the bumps and redness on my back. I've been super surprised. It seemed too good to be true but it has been almost life changing. Now I can't wait to wear backless things this summer!

I was looking for a product with benzoyl peroxide which was stronger than the 2% variety yet less harsh than the 10% spot creams -- this fit the bill. I wouldn't say it's super moisturizing, but it doesn't leave you feeling dry or tight either, so it strikes a nice balance. As a fairly thick cream, it's one of those formulas than tends to dry/absorb fairly quickly as you are applying it (or at least it does in the dry climate in which I live). Therefore what I like to do is first apply a little aloe vera (the liquidy variety), mixed with a few drops of my facial serum, then I quickly apply the cream while my face is still slightly moist. This allows me to spread the product more thoroughly, spend a little time massaging it all in, and I'm also able to use less of the cream because a little dab goes a long way when mixed with the moisture from the other products.By the way, if anyone is interested, the serum I use is called Eva Naturals Skin Clearing Serum. I cannot recommend it enough! I'm in no way affiliated with the product, but when I find something that works I like to pass on the tip. You can find it here on Amazon and it's quite affordable (about $14). It contains tons of acne-fighting and anti-aging ingredients. I've been using it for the past 6 months or more and it's made a huge difference in my skin! Great for people like me who are beginning to be concerned about anti-aging (I'm 37), but also still struggle with oily and blemish prone skin. I think it pairs nicely with this acne cream.Anyway, back to the cream...I enjoy the scent of this because it has that fresh tea tree oil fragrance without being overpowering. You also get a decent amount (2 oz jar) and considering the tiny dab needed for each application, it should last quite a long time. I haven't noticed any irritation or extreme drying, although I don't have terribly sensitive skin when it comes to most products. It does keep breakouts at bay and it's more gentle and soothing than the 10% benzoyl peroxide formulations. All-in-all I really like this cream and it definitely does as advertised. If you're on the fence I'd recommend giving it a whirl!

the whole point of buying a spray bottle was to reach hard to reach places, but it won't spray if it's not 100% uprightthats it thats the whole review. It's still benzyl peroxide (I think, time will tell) but good luck spraying it on your back if you have trouble reaching. maybe a partner could do it for you OH WAIT YOU DON'T HAVE ANYONE BECAUSE YOUR SKIN IS HIDEOUS NEVERMIND

I was originally using Dr. Lee aka Dr. Pimple Popper's SLMD brand of body spray, salicyllic acid. That worked well, but then I came across this, which for the amount and price is actually less expensive, and even MORE effective. I simply spray this and rub in in right after my showers. I wait a few minutes to let my skin completely dry and then I get dressed. Never had any issues with it ruining my clothing, and it doesn't smell bad at all, almost no scent. Note, I work out a few times a week and sweat from exercise, this is great for preventing and getting rid of any workout pimples.

I have back acne and more recently butt acne at almost 60 years old😱I bought this product last year and it really helped clear up both, living alone, it is a fantastic way to reach out of the way areas of my body. I've also sprayed it into my hands and rubbed it on my face, it works wonders in relieving red inflamed areas of my cheeks and calm down redness. You can buy this unique product with confidence, if it works for this hairy old man, it can work for most other folks 👍😎

I wanted to like this and I've tried products containing BP in the past but apparently the amount in this is way too much for me. After 2 applications in 2 days, my skin got very irritated which is a shame because it kinda looked/felt like it was working on my acne scarring and old breakouts. BUT since it says "FACE CREAM" and not "spot treatment" and since I understood the product to be preventative, I slathered it all over my entire face the 2nd day. I realized I might have put too much but rubbed it all over my face anyways and told myself I would let my face rest for a few days after that because I planned on doing it once a day to see how my skin tolerates it and adjust from there depending on how I reacted. The next morning and now (going on 3 days), my eyes are red, inflamed and swollen. They feel like I've been chemically burned. My whole face feels scaly. I keep waiting on it to stop or subside but it's not. I really think this product needs a warning label that says " DO NOT APPLY TO EYE AREA " - maybe some people know that already, but to skincare newbies like me, this is a hard and painful lesson to learn. Also maybe don't call it a FACE cream if it's not meant to be applied all over the face. It seems like this will do better as a spot treatment as I work up my tolerance.

After dealing with random breakouts at the start of the whole Covid ordeal, I went to my dermatologist to get it sorted. After trying something that didn’t work that great, he said he wanted to try benzoyl peroxide next, and wanted me to go with a 2.5 or 5 percentage. This stuff has cleared my skin up faster in the short time using it than what I was doing before for over three months. I will say, it’s very drying, but that’s common for any benzoyl peroxide, and it smells AWFUL. I took a star away for the smell alone haha. But it does what it’s meant to do and is at a good price point. I’d buy again.

This product is amazing! I've never tried anything that cleared acne as fast as this does. No residue. I spray into hands & rub on chest and over shoulders. All signs gone by morning. Love it.
