Refunded since, as others seem to have found, the downloaded product key code did not work
The redemption instructions provided by e-mail are incorrect as the code provided at that point was 24 digit numeric only so not an Adobe 22 digit alphanumeric "redemption code" as the instructions say but more like the serial number required to activate the software once installed. Unfortunately code provided by e-mail would then still not work when trying to validate the software once downloaded either. Refund very professionally and quickly dealt with by Amazon customer services when contacted.

Wait for the redemption issue to be fixed...
The document provided does not have a valid redemption code (all xxx-xxx). How do I fix this? This really should be more simple and looks to be an Amazon issue, based on my discussions with Adobe.

No access to download!
So far I have been unable to download both programmes. Not too impressed, will be asking for my money back if still unable to get access. Instructions totally inadequate.

Don't buy this product key they give you is only for photoshop elements 2019 and not Premier
If you follow the instructions on the email this does not work as is not a proper code.If you then register the product with Adobe the key will only unlock photoshop elements 2019.Still trying to resolve this problem which all involves a lot of time.

Redemption Code / Serial Nos. all working ok
Little point in trying to review the software here, but as of 14 July 2019, I had 100% success with redemption code and serial nos. (for both Photoshop and Premiere) for download version. Worked a treat.

Not what I wanted and no refund
Doesn't do what I want without paying more money. Brought photoscape instead for 1/3 of the price.
