Organic Masala Chai

This is really good, my very favorite chai, but not as good as the slow brew and slightly grainy.

I was so hopeful for this chai. I am so disappointed. It tastes like Nutmeg and sugar. Leaves a bitterness in the mouth. Def not a smooth chai at all.

I've been buying this Chai tea for years. When local health food stores stopped carrying it I starting buying direct. I was so excited to see Amazon carrying this specific recipe of Tipu's flavors, so I can easily add it to my Prime shipments. This is the best chai recipe I've found on the market, AND it doesn't have sugar or sweeteners. This is the cleanest product out there that tastes great and doesn't need any extras, such as milk, sweetners, etc. At most I might add cashew milk, but it doesn't need it.This is a great morning tea for those people whole don't consume sweetners (not even honey), but want a flavorful tea or alternate to coffee (it is caffeinated).They used to sell this in a bag, but now they use a mylar bag inside this brown box. I like the old packaging better, less waste. Also, I think they used to use organic products. I wish they kept the old recipe and the bags.

I bought this because I want a good, strong chai tea w/o sugar or milk because of a low carb diet. I added a little heavy cream and some Swerve sweetener. The flavor is good but I will need to use more than 1 tsp. to get it strong enough. I did not find it too peppery at all. It definitely leaves ground spices and tea in the bottom of the cup. That didn't really bother me except for my last drink was pretty chewy. I'll leave that last drink from now on. I have been using Twinings Chai Extra Bold tea bags and still like those too. This seems a little more authentic though. I'll probably keep both on hand.

This was hands down the strongest caffeinated chai I have tried. I made it on ice and was seriously buzzed for hours after this. Very high quality and mixes easily with hot water then pour your choice of milk on. Has sugar but not too much just the right amount. Not sickeningly sweet like David Rio Tiger Spice or Starbucks chai. The spices in Tipus are nice and spicy. I like this need a larger quantity the box goes too fast.

Convenient in a pinch but for the money it’s way too expensive. I make my own mix, it’s easy and fun, comes out better and is far cheaper.

Ok so here's the low down. This is ok chai, but for a creamy sweeter version make this as directed then add a bit of Silk almond milk sweet cream flavored creamer. UPDATE: The cloud vegan chai tastes far better and has mct oil which keeps me feeling a bit more satisfied. So I'll probably buy this one when funds are tight but the vegan chai is far better. This one has a bit too much "spice" for my taste.

What I thought I was getting: some number of packets. What I got: 1 bag of mix that you spoon into your drink to make the strength you want. I had planned to share the packets with a coworker but that won’t work. Still tasty and delicious but not convenient in the office as I had hoped

This chai tea powder is the best I have come across yet. It is very aromatic and strongly spiced. This version contains sugar, the sweetness level is ok (way less than most coffee shops).There’s also a different version from this company without sugar.
