perfect fit
A little snug at first, but after a few twists and pulls, fits perfectly. Working great

Works with a little work
Fittings fit perfectly but did have to bend a bit. Luckily I'm strong 💪 was not a biggie, took less than a minute to bend into place. I saved $100+ vs the oem part so You choose.

It's working great! nice price good quality
It works great! I did have to tweak the lines a little at the compressor. I pumped the system down and charged it with almost two small cans of freon it's been two weeks now and the A/C is still working.

The trick here is not to attach the bracket that holds the hose to the engine until you have both sides of the hose hooked up to the compressor and accumulator. You will need the slack in the manifold hose because, like other reviewers said, this aftermarket hose is not a precise fit and requires a little wrestling to get the hose ends to line up.By the way, Ford service data says to add 2 oz of PAG oil when you replace this hose. My explorer called for PAG46 which I purchased locally. Your vehicle may call for a different viscosity oil, verify that with your parts store or dealership.Recover the refrigerant.Remove the air cleaner outlet tube.Remove the A/C compressor.Remove the cooling fan and shroud.Disconnect the A/C pressure cutoff switch electrical connector.Remove the nut and disconnect the compressor manifold and tube assembly fitting at the condenser core.Discard the O-ring seals.Disconnect the compressor manifold and tube assembly spring lock coupling at the suction accumulator.Discard the O-ring seals.Raise the vehicle.Remove the bolt and detach the compressor manifold and tube assembly from the engine block. **(this is the bolt to the bracket you shouldn't attach until the very end, see photo)**Remove the compressor manifold and tube assembly. To install, reverse the removal procedure.Install new O-ring seals lubricated in clean PAG oil.Lubricate the refrigerant system with the correct amount of clean PAG oil.Evacuate, leak-test, and charge the refrigerant system.

Perfect fit
This replaced my faulty factory hose perfectly

poor quality control
relief valve and locking screw came out of the relief valve assembly causing a complete loss of the refrigerant, the relief valve locking screw should have been staked to prevent it from backing out. with proper quality control when this component was manufactured this would not have occurred. as a result of this event additional refrigerant, receiver dryer, relief valve and labor will be required to make the system operational. Fits perfect
Works great

Coupling not aligned
Everything seemed ok it but the connection to the back of the compressor don't match up enough to make a tight fit. Either line needs a bit more tweaking or the couplings aren't aligned correctly
