Watch is very nice. I bought it in Aug 2019 and it still shiny. Only problem is that I want to order one more piece but price is too high now compared to last time I ordered which was 6748 inr.

Genuine product
Loved it. But the colour is slightly different from the one shown in the picture. It looks gold more than rose gold. Otherwise the watch looks very beautiful.

Beautiful watch but got discontinued so on discount
It’s very unfortunate that even Amazon people does not know that this is original or fake. Initially I was under the impression it is a fake watch. Because the watch serial number is mk3793 where as watch that u received is mk3793i .So I went to the store and the malls wherein we have Michael kors watches. They explained me that In this ‘I’ stands for India that means assembly happened in India because Michael kors doesn’t have their own license. They make watches under fossil licenses. And I matched my watch with the other watches they have it’s same.Like:1: mk logo on the pin to change time2: back side serial number and other details which mk watches have3: mk logo on the chain and hook to close4: The arrow on the chain parts which can be removed5: spacing between Michael kors letters in the dial6: at the Bottom of the box the details mentioned7: engraving of mk logo on the boxSo either everyone is selling fake or the person who explained me this was right.Anyway beautiful watch. Because I was looking something casual with rose gold medium dial and with less thickness.

Replacement piece found damaged
This was a replacement order of the same watch which had damaged parts in less than 15 days of its purchase and you guys sent me an old used watch - horrible condition! Not expected from Amazon Prime - You disappointed me Amazon - What’s worse -parts of the watch keep falling off. I am beginning to believe that you guys don’t even sell real MK watches. Negative rating for the provider For cheating customers - zero value for the price paid.
