Trentham Estate Winery La Famiglia Nebbiolo 2015 Wine 75 cl (Case of 3)

I'd never come across a Nebbiolo from outside Italy so was intrigued to give this Australian grown example a go. It's very much lighter in style than your typical 'native' offering, and you can see that right from pouring with the more translucent colouring. Soft and fruity with berry flavours and a longish finish, it's a nice wine for sure but without that richness that I am looking for and expecting when I buy a Nebbiolo I can't see this as something I would purchase again.
