This show keeps getting better.
Dragon Ball Super continues to impress. It is the best of all the previous series and no previous story arc you enjoyed is forgotten. No character from the past left ignored. So thoroughly enjoyable. Exciting and just as funny.

Moving on
Dragon Ball Super continues covering new ground. Unlike the first two sets, this is not retelling the events of a movie, this is the end of the Zamasu/Goku Black arc. The animation, character designs, action, and new ideas introduced are all great and welcome additions to the universe (multiverse). If you are a fan this is a great continuation of the series, however, this isn't the best point of entry for the uninitiated. To be fair though, none of Super is a good introduction to the franchise since the first couple arcs were based on movies which were heavy in fan service. This is actually the beginning of my least favorite part of Super. We do get to see a familiar fusion but no real new powers unlocked for our heroes, this was just the production team killing time before the Tournament of Power. That being said, seeing Vegito again was cool. It's more of what was in the last set, love it or hate it, and a bit of filler. IMO that entire arc can be skipped as the only relevant things that happen are that we get a second Zeno and we see Goku and Vegeta fuse for the second time in canon (which will be spoken of again at least once more in Super and again in the movie). The series gets better in this set as we prepare for the final arc of the series which has some of the best looking battles the franchise has ever seen.
