Courier tried to carry this box on his shoulder up our gravel path, dropped it, dragged it to the front door and left. The plastic front bumper was smashed to pieces when I opened the box. Called Customer Services, who answered quickly, they were excellent, replacement was sent straight out.Easily put together in under 30 minutes. Adjustable height of handle for short or tall operators.Deck is solid steel (with hose attachment for washout) but plastic parts are flimsy.Comes with fair sized grass box, side chute & mulch plate. All are fairly simple to attach and remove though the grass box can be tricky if the handle is set to the lowest height.Started first time and continues to do so 2 months later, easy pull start does not require muscles like Popeye.Controlable throttle (not a huge variation in pace) & easy 1 hand height adjust make this mower a pleasure to use. It IS heavy and awkward to manoeuvre when not running, especially across gravel. In operation it's not an issue despite the size and weight of the machine.Overall very pleased with it so far, bargain price machine with 20" wide cut and a host of "extras" usually reserved for higher end models. I only bought this while my "proper" mower went for repair, I might keep this and sell the other one.

This lawnmower started up ok but on the very first cut started chugging and spluttering then cutting out (yes, I put the right oil and petrol in). The vendor didn’t reply to any messages, so I had to get a friend who repairs lawn mowers to have a look. He didn’t want to dismantle in case of voiding the warranty but suggested some bits are stuck in the tank from when it was built in the factory, now it’s pot luck as to whether it will start and if it does then weather it will last a full cut without giving up. Steer clear!

For grass cutting this mower is tops. Speed control is a brilliant asset and mower handles very well. Would highly recommend.

Worked fine for months and then the drive started to play up and now it does not work at all
