Seems like the perfect toaster, decent price, bread of all sizes fits well but it's let down by the build quality.UPDATE -Suppliers saw my review and immediately supplied a new toaster.Fantastic customer service.SECOND UPDATE - Replacement toaster also defective, takes repeated attempts to keep the toaster on. Two toasters and both with terrible build quality.

Great for large odd shaped bread which is quite common these days - never understand why other manufacturers don't make large slot toasters. However, really uneven browing from hardly touched to burnt edges. Dissapointing elements (pardon the pun).

it doesn't seem to toast thoroughly

Great toast. Wide enough to lay tall slices sideways.

Returned, as this produces very uneven roasting. One side burnt, the other untoasted. This was the second of this toaster to function like this.
