You can find the instructions or temperature ranges online. It has an excellent return with conversion and is simple to use I definitely recommend it.

Haven't used this yet. I cannot read the instructions on the bottle. Could you include a separate sheet with instructions and dosing requirements.

This product works well, however they sent me expired product. I shall not use the whole bottle any time soon, so much of it will likely be wasted.The corresponding SEBstar HTL had no expiry on the label, so it is a toss-up if that stuff is expired too.All that said, both products worked perfectly and my two stars is related to sending expired goods, not the enzymes themselves.I'll keep them in a refrigerator, so hopefully they remain active until I use more of the bottles.

It was like I didn’t even add them to my mash. Disappointing.
