The Good - The container is extremely solid and watertight, and they include a spare rubber seal which is nice. The Bad - The little ring used as an attachment point for the container, like for attaching it to a necklace, a key chain, etc., is beyond ridiculous. It is composed of wire that is so flimsy and thin that the slightest pull will cause it to deform and release the container from whatever it's attached, probably meaning you lose the container unless you're looking at it when it happens. I had to replace it with one made of stronger wire, after which it was perfect, but they should have this "out of the box". It makes no sense - you have an extremely high quality container with an extremely low quality attachment point. FIX THIS.

Like some of you looking, you were probably hoping that unlike the cheap ones, the top would not come off when screwed on. Alas, not the case - the top has come off several times. Not as bad a flaw as some of the cheaper keychain pill holders, but I expected better. Shame.
