Absolutely loved the design of this luggage, so decided to indulge! The suit case trim was damaged by the airline on my first trip using this case, the trim was protruding from the case, making it unsafe to use. I contacted Brics, they in turn sent me details of where to send the case to be repaired. I organised this, it cost me £14 for collection, my case was collected in August. The repair company ultimately contacted me to say that the wheel was covered for repair? Wheel? The wheel must have been damaged by the courier company as there was nothing wrong with the wheel when it left me? They then said that I would need to pay for the trim and sent a link for the payment, I paid £38 for the trim to be repaired. Three days later they tell me that they are unable to repair the trim and will send the case back? Great, I will get a case back that I will be unable to use! Hopefully I will get the £38 back!I can’t begin to express how disappointed I am - Moral of the story - don’t buy an expensive case, even if you love the design!
