These cups are top quality and large. These replaced another large cup that the handle broke off. Yep coffee was hot! Lol

The only negative for me is that the rim of the mug is slightly thicker than it appears in the photo.

Every morning, I'll have two big cups of coffee. Even though it is a standard color, I'm glad that we bought them. It is hard to find a big enough durable ceramic mug. This is it!

Wanted big, got big. Holds lots of coffee as indicated. No chips or blemishes either. Not 5 stars for handle only...hurts my hand when full and weighty. If larger rounded handle wouldn't cut into my hand as much. Two handed hold is best when full.

My coffee often shook some out of my old regular cup. This cup is huge and heavy … it holds ~ 2 cups of coffee … and I no longer spill any. I bought black and white cups … both work … but emotionally I didn’t like the black ones (hard to see how full the black coffee is in a black cup). Buy the white ones … good product. Heavy … but very helpful. The big handle works for a 4 finger grip … also helpful.

Love these mugs! I've bought several sets in various colors and sizes. I paint them and sell them online. They're well-made, very sturdy mugs, and the 28 oz sell really well, but I just wish they had the 19 oz in stock. They're my best sellers. I had to buy another brand of 20 oz elsewhere, and I don't like them as well. They're not as heavy, and they didn't have any in white. That said, I would definitely recommend these mugs!

Capacity and weight is just right for those foggier mornings or long computer sessions. Two of these mugs easily hold a 1500ml french press brew with extra room for cream or flavors. We like to sip mint tea at night while watching some movies. These mugs hold enough to last an entire episode of a favorite show.The lack of silly messages or advertising is a plus for me. I'm trying to reduce the amount of advertising / branding on everything that I have, especially clothing and household items. A few clean,classic, useful items beats a house filled with clutter and yesterday's fad in the road ahead."MWare China" appears on the bottom, but there are no notices regarding microwave or dish washer safety. The seller says that these mugs are microwave safe as of November 2018. The glazing quality appears to be especially good for the modest price of these mugs.For now, due to the decent value and usefulness of these mugs, they deserve a five star rating. If we experience issues with these mugs in less than a year, I will update this review to reflect those issues.Update February 27th, 2019One cup has a hairline crack developing at the bottom that runs up the side at an angle. We have occasionally heated coffee in the microwave (reheat setting, one serving), but always gently washed by hand in warm water. In spite of that issue, I'm going to order a mug to replace it and then hope that it was just a fluke. We are very happy with the size and design of this mug. We would miss them very much if they were no longer available. Maybe ordering six to have a resulting set of four good ones will do the trick? We'll see. Glazing quality has been very good -- no stains from daily use for coffee and tea. We drink the rocket fuel strength coffee around here at that, and sometimes stuff that's just a bit lighter than the sludge they power the cargo ships with.Update March 10th, 2019Cups still holding up to daily coffee and night tea. I noticed that somebody said the cup holds less than stated. The 28oz cup is just about to the brim with 28oz of liquid, just shy of 8 deciliters with no spill room, perhaps a couple mm (under 1/8th in) from the top.

Great size mugs. Though the handles are sturdy, I think if they were thicker they would be easier to hold. That’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. For other people they may be fine.

Not quite as big as expected but large nonetheless. Good quality.
