Excellent filtration
Water tastes great and is clear . Installation was done by a plumber because my pipes are in an old house and sizes are not modern standards. He did not use the plastic T but installed a brass one on my cold water feed. I bought EZ4 because it filters the best. Water flow is what I would expect for a drinking water faucet. The included faucet in my unit does not have the indicator light with battery and the listing said it did. I bought the unit in October and didn’t install till January so too late to exchange the unit. Would have been nice to have the indicator light to know when to change. All in all this unit is so much better than having a big filter stuck on my sink faucet and getting in the way. I’ve not changed the filter yet so I can’t speak to the ease of filter replacement. I would definitely recommend this system but also have someone with plumbing skills around to be sure you have the right fittings because not all house’s plumbing is modern and standard.

Don't be alarmed if the water tastes different...that's a good thing!
Fairly easy to install. I didn't have any leaks. Water comes out cloudy at first but then clears up as it settles (I guess from going through the filter media). Tastes a little different than before, but maybe that's because I'm used to the chlorine taste that it previously had and now it has no taste?. Overall, very satisfied. I did call tech support for a question on how far the tubing went into the culligan faucet (5/8 inch or all the way which is about 2 inches) because the manual wasn't clear here (just said to push 'firmly' into the faucet). The tech did not call back until the following day, but said it only goes in a short distance so the ferrule compression ring compresses on the tubing where the T insert is fitted into the end of the tubing. Makes sense to me...the insert gives it strength so the compression washer doesn't crush the tubing. I originally had the tubing pushed all the way into the faucet and still did not have a leak. Another thing I did was to cut a piece of 5/8 inch plywood to use as a template that I could hold firmly against the wall to drill the hole in a granite countertop for the faucet and to keep the bit from walking. I drilled a 5/8 inch hole (same size as the bit I was using to drill through the granite countertop) in the plywood where I wanted the hole and used it to guide the diamond coated bit to cut through the countertop. This worked perfectly. I kept dipping the diamond coated bit in water every 30 seconds to clean it and keep it cool. It only took about 5 minutes or so and I was through. Perfect clean cut.

Filter is good, the included hardware isn't enough.
I get it, products are made to a price point. But most of America has 3/8 compression fittings on their shutoff valves. The water tap that comes with this kit requires removal of your shutoff valve which means cutting off the water for the whole house. And it's a cheap fitting at that. Assume you will have to purchase something to connect you existing water supply to the included 1/4 line. And they don't really include much line, so might need to purchase more if your supply is at one side and you want to mount the faucet on the other side of the sink. Then there is the faucet. It feels really cheap. Compared to my last Ispring faucet this feels lower quality and the knob is awkward and can't be reversed due to a still way to mount the base. The biggest issue is if you have granite counters that are not paper thin, the nut to tighten the water line hits the retaining nut for the faucet. That was the filter itself is a beast and the mount is nice quality. They say you have to turn off the water supply to replace the filter but it seems like the type that doesn't need that. Will have to test it when it's time to change the filter. Overall not terrible but a little more thought should have gone into this. It's still the best filter that's not RO and has actual ratings on it for what it removes.

Great water filter
I live in a small town with hard, chlorine-tasting water with lots of sediment. I was getting tired of having the bottom of my water glass covered in "crud". I was originally looking at the expensive, undersink reverse-osmosis filters but I decided to try this first. It was very easy to install - I didn't need any fittings for my 30-year old house. I've had it for about 2 weeks and I'm very impressed with the taste and clarity of the water - no chlorine taste and no floating crud. I came back to amazon and picked up a few plastic (BPA-free) bottles to store cold water in my fridge. I was drinking so much bottled water, I think I may have already paid for this filter. One thing I want to mention is that while researching water filters, I found an independent organization that tests water filters and certifies them for what they actually filter (as opposed to what they claim to filter). If you google "NSF water filter" you can find their very extensive list. I was prepared to buy another filter on here that claimed to be NSF-certified, but I couldn't find them on NSF site, and when I contacted NSF they verified that the company was not certified. I don't know if it's a big deal or not, but I don't know a lot about water filtration and I'm hoping that the NSF are what they claim to be - an unbiased and trusted testing agency. Anyway, my experience with this filter is great... tastes as good as bottled water (and better than some) and is pretty easy on the wallet.

This system leaks. I have tried changing the cartridge, but that is not the problem as it still leaks. I called Culligan and the guy said "just tighten it more". I promise you that is not the issue. He said "oh you are in Canada. I can't send you a replacement and cannot help you further". Poor product support. They are happy to sell here, but don't support Canadian consumers. I will try to return this to Amazon, but feel bad as it is Culligan's problem.

I'm giving this a bad review because I haven't gotten to use it yet, because it comes with very strange and rare pipe fitting connections. They would likely work fine if you wanted to use their plastic and kind of crummy faucet, but I wanted to use the one I had previously, because it's much nicer, but I can't do that because their weird hose connections. So that ruined all my plans, and now I have to try to figure out some other way of doing it.

Easy install in my RV. Cartridge is quite expensive but high performance. I like the ability to remove the cartridge without having to shut the water off. You can run all your other water stations while the cartridge is removed.

This Under-Sink Drinking Water System is just like a Brita filter, but way more expansive. Short story, after installation of this system, I request a Culligan Representative to pass by my house and check the water from the regular tap and this new installed Under-Sink Drinking Water System. He was also surprise that there wasn't any difference in between the two. I have to mention that I also have a water softener installed on my house that work's great. He couldn't explain either why there's no difference, but he mention that the filter is just a carbon filter that might take out the odors only, not the actual chemicals from water. I also experienced some problems installing it, even I had another Drinking Water System installed before. I won't recommend to spend money on it.

After 3 trips to different hardware stores with several different adapters I gave up and just bought a cheap plastic and yet expensive for a water adapter. Now that I have all the plumbing parts I’m good right? Nope. It turns out the thread that clamps the handle in place isn’t long enough. So out comes a hole saw to thin out the counter top from the bottom. Installed? Yes but the water flow is horrible compared to my basic culligan filter. I can even taste the difference. The tap water is pretty clean as is. So all in all this was a complete waste of time and money and gas.
