Jack and Joe: Hunting Lee Child's Jack Reacher (The Hunt for Jack Reacher Series Book 7)

Firstly I admit I was trying to buy the new jack reacher book that was written by his brother. Sure I managed to read this book.... But it is not a page turner. Many a time I gave up. Anyway 99p maybe it would get 3* as the writing is fine. At £6.99 I would give it 0*. Simply put it is a story about Reacher without him in it. I think there is a whole series of them. Personally I think it is a waste of my life to read any more of these. Sure the action is slow, there are boring bits but overall it is well written. However I really don't see why anyone would bother with these books, as a freebie or really cheap sure a fan boy might be interested but at a high price of £6.99 each there are much more interesting crime/detective stuff out there for a lot cheaper. I would suggest looking out for Kerry Wilkinson and his books or many other countless authors.

FBI agents Otto and Gaspar are still chasing around the country for information regarding Jack Reacher, and Agent Otto is on her way to meet someone who she feels may be he best lead yet - except she winds up dead on the way to the meeting. This all leads to another tangled web to untie, all ultimately linked one way or another to Reacher. A good read that keeps the interest going throughout

Otto and gaspar are beginning(they think) to understand how Jack reacher works. It's not that simple,. Reacher is at the heart, but never around! Twists and turns.all good but dont get them any closer! Very good read😊

I bought it as a gift

I just cannot stop reading these books,I finish one and want to see what happens next - as I said addictive !

The first part of the book was really good but it went off the boil part way through . And didn't end as I expected it to but I c would READ IF2f aGainLll

Thoroughly enjoyed this book based around the events in The Enemy, which I think is one of the best Reacher books. These books keep me going while waiting for Reacher. Wish the book had been longer as it seems to arrive at a quick conclusion. Just one time Otto may have a positive thought about Reacher and not think the worst in him all the time.

I enjoy Capris books. They are an enjoyable read but they aren't the real thing. But still gives us a link to Reacher. If you like Jack then you'll like these. They go more into his background and includes the same characters as are in the books by Child. Look forward to the next one..
