Wont use anything but GLB products in our pool

Amazed by the quality, send used product
I bought this product three months ago, I didn't check it was new, I put the package in the warehouse, I used it for the first time today, then I found out it was used, it has 1 gallon capacity, but now only 30oz, very bad shopping experience, I don't know whose fault it is, but I know I lost $100, it makes me very angry
