I was apprehensive but they work
I was apprehensive that these wouldn't work but they worked perfectly. You will need a pair of grips to press it together when you put the wires in. There are 3 holes to allow connection of 3 wires. One or 2 were pressed together when they arrived but a pull with a pair of pliers sorted it out.

Don't know what to think
They look like a copy of 3M connectors. They work ok, but arrived all messed up. As you can see on the picture many of them with blue piece popped out, all covered in gel as it spilled out. Even 1 of them was completely pushed in and locked. I believe it's all about transporting them not about the product itself. Just start handling them and shipping with care.

Cheap Copies - Work Perfectly
If you have a robot lawn mower - which are fantastic time savers - then almost inevitably you will have a time when the perimeter wire cable is cut. I've had this done by my actual mower because I surface mounted the wire - badly in a couple of places - and because I had an attack of moles which then had the side effect of the mole catcher digging and cutting my cable as well.So I've always got a few of these in stock to repair damage which, they do very easily. You simply press the wire into the open holes - and you don't need to strip back any insulation - and press down the cap. The cap forces pronged contacts down and through the insulation thus making continuity again. Now, when I was overseas, my wife had to do this but she didn't achieve success because she pressed down the cap but didn't realise that it had to be driven all the way home. This might necessitate using a set of pliers or plumbers grips so be aware that when you think you have made contact, chances are you need to go a bit further. Anyway, once I'd shown my better 3/4 she had no issues after then. The plastic connectors are filled with a gel - which I think is petroleum jelly (Vaseline) - to keep moisture out of the bare wires. Works perfectly.Overall, a good set of perimeter wire connectors for not much outlay.

Does the splicing job for my LawnMaster and Flymo robot mowers
I've used a lot of these to splice into a boundary wire for two robot lawnmowers. Slip the two ends of the wires into two of the slots, press hard with pliers on the blue plastic button and the click means the two wires are connected. The sealed unit can be buried (some of mine have been buried for 8 years with no problems). Easy to use and does the job in the garden. If you have a mower that requires a guide wire, the units come with three slots. Two for the contiguous boundary wire and a middle one to connect in the guide wire. Once again, easy to use and durable
