It's a basic piece of molded plastic. I've tested it with both a 28mm and 40mm tires and it's worked well. 4 stars vs 5 because I wish it provided a bit more lift. I've ended up putting a notebook underneath it as it's a little low when paired with my wheel on trainer.

My first impression when I got this item was that it was super lightweight and small. I didn’t know if it would work for my giant bike. To my surprise it works great. I have a flimsy kick stand so this has helped a lot with keeping my bike up straight. Overall, I recommend this product. It’s good for just about all bikes with road tires or smaller.

I did put a yoga mat under the riser so it didn't slide on the floor.

Much better than a 2x4. The pedaling position on my trainer is much better. My back feels a lot less strain. Good solid stance. It fits a standard road tire perfectly, but looks like it will also have no problem fitting a tire up to 2.0.

Two of these keep you from feeling like you are riding downhill. Nothing prevents the rocking though. I think you either learn to ignore the rocking, or learn to pedal smoother. After a while I forgot about it.

This bike trainer is not very good we are having a problem making the bike stand up even a little. Help!!!!!
