Maine Lobster Now: Maine Lobster Roll Kit for 6

We had a guest for dinner on July 4th and we each had two. One pound made 6 big fat Lobster rolls. I followed a recipee. I don't like celery so I never put it in the Lobster, but I do put in cucumber without the seeds chopped up real fine. It has a delicate taste and doesn't take away from the taste of Lobster. Sliced tomato 🍅sliced avocado were available.

Very tasty!

Every part of this tastes wonderful--the lobster, butter, rolls and, especially the chips. However, the lobster was a bit tough and I recommend that you cut it to bites sized pieces before assembling the rolls.

Order came in under 24 hours but lobster meat was expired for 2 months. Provider was apologetic and offered more meat ( 2 lbs). Also offered some bizarre explanation that the meat was good but was Mis labeled and was actually ok. I am from Maine and worked in the lobster industry as a youth. But didn’t need that experience to smell the rotten stink and see the discoloration. Shellfish poisoning can be deadly. These people are a danger. Please do not buy from them

I don’t think you could get 6 lobster rolls out of this kit, will have to augment with additional lobster.

The kit came complete with great tasting mayonnaise and potato chips this made the experience even better
