Yes! It is very nice. I bought it for a friend of mine for a play we are in. Fits and looks just fine

Q: This is so extremely offencive why would you even sell this?

Very offensive. I'm disappointed in Amazon for allowing our culture to be mocked. I can remember via this item picture this old fake Hollywood movie where the native puts his hand up and says hau. Ugh. In our culture not just anyone, even though native, can wear feathers nor headdress.
