Ok so was pretty sceptical about trying these but I was so fed up of my weight, their easy to take but just make sure you drink enough after taking as otherwise you get the taste of the powder from the tablets lol I experienced this the other morning and powder came out of my nose with the taste of ginger lol, BUT after only taking these from sunday and been to 2 exercise classes and counting my calories I have lost 5lbs already!Try them you wont regret it!!!!

I gave flavour a 1star as there is no flavour so I think it's fair enough, these however I'm OBSESSED. They genuinely help! Not only do I notice the difference since taking them but they also seem to help with bloat which is my enemy. Packaging is cute and I'm just really pleased with these

Don’t waste money. I buy 2 months worth + skinny juice and protein shake.. I still have more than half of them-the chemical taste is such a turn off!!

I weighed 9st 3lbs last wednesday and have been taking these capsules each day with a healthy diet. So far I am disappointed! I have lost nothing and feel nlown up like a balloon! I shall continue for a further week but will request a refund if I have no positive results by then. Very disappointing

honestly these dont do hardly anything to help aid weight loss seen no difference at all so these must be rubbish or just dont work for me but i would not recommend these they are hard to swallow aswell please dont waste your money on these iv took them nearly a month now and still the same weight i started at thats with a healthy diet

These are quite pricey. Also I have struggled to sleep in the evenings that I have taken the recommended dose. Be careful with your caffeine intake when you take these. I will no longer be using them and I have the majority of the bottle left.
