It will be of exact same size of your hand according to your height. I am 5'10 and got 3-4 cms extra in the front. But I would still suggest you to match your palm's specification to the mouse's specification before buying.

No, this is a wired version so doesn't require any battery or software to operate just plug into any usb port and it will work .

Not sure about warranty, but don't buy it. I have used three so far, in all of them middle wheel stopped working after sometime. I bought only because of its ergonomic shape. That time there were no alternatives. Now you will get much cheaper ones if you search for ergonomic mouse.
