Alessandra B Underwire Bra Classic Camisole

This is going to be my summer go-to both for weekends and under light-weight jackets for work. I wanted a tank or some sort of sleeveless top that I could wear without an official bra, but I would still have support and look half-way decent. I'm not a fan of the shelf-bra tops, so I gave this a try. I'm really happy with the fit -the bra provides support and the top is comfortable. The shirt is not loose-loose around the middle, but it's not skin-tight (see photo). I'm ordering in different colors -wish it was a bit less expensive, but I'm happy with the shirt, so I'll pay for it. The photo is actually after going through the washer and dryer once -I am not finding the 'triangle boobs' that others have mentioned, and the bra/lining is visibile if I look down at my chest, but otherwise it is not visible even after washing. By-the-way, I am a 40-something and a size 10-12 in clothing for reference.

First the negatives - the color coral is much lighter than the color shown -- more salmon than coral. Second the padded cup has a seam that shows near the nipple area that is a very slight dimple and noticeable thru the cotton cami but only slightly visible. Perhaps after washing that will go away. At the hem it could be a bit tighter as it's a bit loose -- but is ok as long as the fabric does not stretch out and get baggy. True to size otherwise. The positive is this is the best fitting cami I've found on my quest to replace one I use to get from Garnet Hill that they no longer carry. This is very similar and out of probably 10 that I've ordered this is the closest to it but the quality is not as quite as good due to negatives I indicated. It's very comfortable. Love that is has adjustable back and straps. The length is good and not too long. Size is spot on.

The cami came in earlier than expected which is always a pleasure. I bought a 34C and I’m glad I did. I don’t fill out a normal 34C all the way but all the reviews said the bra ran a little small so I ordered up. The bra band is pretty tight and a little scratchy but not unbearable to where I won’t wear it again. Fit is good overall and covers well. My only regret is the fold in the top of the fabric (in picture). Kinda annoying but at least it’s in the center so it doesn’t look too horrible. I’ll probably grab another one eventually.

It is not attractive so you would only want to wear this if you have a jacket or shrug that covers the bra portion. I'm not sure why the seams are on the cup ... it the cups were smooth, this would be a perfect cami.

I really love this tank top! It fits really well and provides plenty of support for someone with a larger bust like me (36D). I ordered according to my normal bra size and it fits great! It is a little wide for my hips, but that is because I have very narrow hips, nothing to do with the tank top (most tops fit this way on me). I also like the fact that the material is not thin, which will allow for this to be worn by itself (the way i will be wearing it the most during the summertime) or layered. I think I will be purchasing other colors! The price is reasonable considering most bras are in that price range and this is giving you the top as well!

I love this top! It is perfect! No more squeezing into inadequate "shelf" bras. Because this top has a proper bra that clasps in the back there is plenty of room to slip this over my head and attach it after it is on. Hallelujah! It fits perfectly too! The top is not skin tight, it is very flattering, and my girls look great and supported. No longer do I have to have bra straps showing. I am going to order many colors! My boyfriend immediately told me how cute it looks on me without any prompting from me.

Bought the plum color in the same size I wear my Panache one (36DD). The cups were too big and shaped weird. The underwire was too long and cut into my armpit. I did like the style, and the fit wasn't tight in the stomach, so I may order a smaller cup size. Oddly, I had bought the teal color in a cup size down (36D) just in case. It was a different style, more like a fitness top. The straps were much thicker than the plum colored one (like 3/4" thk) and fitted more snug in the stomach area. Returned both. Bought 36D, or so I thought. It fit weird too but never returned it. Just realized recently that they sent me a 38DD instead, and it's huge! Too late to return it now. I ended up buying it in black 36D to make one more attempt, and it fits great. Same seller for all of them. So there is something realllly inconsistent about this seller's QA...

This Cami is fabulous- a must have for Summer tanks!! I haven't been able to find underwire (because let's face it, built in shelf-bras just don't cut it anymore...)camisoles anywhere and was super excited to find this on Amazon. I ordered my normal bra size (34C) and was delighted to find the fit was great. My plan was to wear this under spaghetti strap tanks in the summer but I really could wear it alone too. The built in bra is supportive and the bottom isn't too fitted but isn't too loose either-it's actually exactly as pictured on the model. The only downside to this purchase was the freight charge but it is definitely worth it to not have my bra straps hanging out!!
