SINGER 4863 Universal Ball Point Machine Needles, Sizes 80/12, 90/14, 100/16, 5-Count

These are great needles and they are interchangeable in most home machines. That said, my Bernina Artista 780 was not picking up stitches when I zigzag. I took it to my local shop and was told that the Singer needles do not work in Berninas.Berninas are tuned for Schmetz needles only.Being one to attempt to fate, I tried these in my virtuosa and they work fine. It's just the artista that gave me trouble. That machine in general gives me trouble but that's for another review. All in all, these needles are fine. Just don't use them in the Bernina Artista, or likely in any of the other highly computerized Bernina sewing machines.

Love the SINGER brand! I've been sewing for 10 years and always reach for SINGER needles because it's a trusted brand for me. I started sewing apparel this year and I am so glad I got a variety pack! I can change out the needle whenever I need to and not worry if I have the correct size because the sizes in this pack are very common for the majority of materials I have been using.

I never knew that these needles could make all the difference in sewing different materials. I'm happy with this product.

Better than universal point for all my sewing. Never give me issues. I will keep buying.

I had a problem sewing spandex fabric together. My generic needles weren’t holding a stitch. The green one doesn’t work for my stretchy spandex material but the orange one did!My first package never came. It said that the delivery guy handed it to me but that was a lie and I never received a packed. I got a free replacement but then it had only 2 needles in it not 4 and I wasn’t eligible for another replacement. The price wasnt worth returning so I dealt with the missing needles. I’m gonna try to get a pack with only orange

they are just needles. 🤷‍♀️

Good quality and works well with my machine

I got these for my Janome serger to seam some clothes for my kids and they are amazing! No issues so far. Currently using medium weight stretch knit bamboo.

I needed this sewing machine needle, the one's I had did not work because the wheel and thread keep jamming.It arrive on time and my machine was working prefect. Have to order some more!

Fulfillment by Amazon has offered me the best price with most of my Singer Add On pieces, Singer has always provided quality products, I think I've purchased one of everything they had to offer (Stocking my sewing tool kit) They recommend changing needles often, so I didn't hesitate to have 1 package of each on hand. I'm a DIY kind of guy, learning how to use a new machine just may require a few extra parts.

I have not used them yet but, but they look very good quality
