I love her food , done the fish in coconut and paprika yesterday it's blooming stunning. Doing the quiche today. Her butter curry is awesome. I'm buying all her books. AMAZING FOOD .

This book is a must have for all Instant Pot owners. The book contains the most delicious looking recipes without the usual long list of ingredients and complicated instructions. I am in the UK so occasionally I have to look up USA ingredients to find UK alternatives but the information is readily available on line. I have made several of recipes from the book since it arrived last week and every recipe has been easy to follow, delicious and plentiful. There are so many recipes I want to try that I can’t decide which to make next but I know which ever one I chose will be fabulous.

I purchased this book because the author made a claim that it is 'authorized by Instant Pot' that's quite a lofty claim and one would think it would be the be-all to Instant Pot cooking, right? The fact is it is the opposite. almost every single recipe looks unappetising and boring. This is the worst of all Instant Pot books I have encountered. It's saving grace is that you can use the recipes as a guideline to creating your own, this is what I am doing now and a far better job than this author. A friend of mine has another of her books which he says is much better and he agrees that this one is not very exciting and unappetising. I'll try a few more of the basic recipes but seriously don't hold your breath or waste your money.Instant Pot should really check these books first!
