This is REALLY strong and very high quality. Perfect size for standard wheelie bin and 100% secure. Totally weather proof, as the clip won't budge. I was sceptical about how good it would be, but I'm really impressed. Highly recommend. Everyone should get one to help stop litter/recycling blowing out of fallen wheelie bins.

Worked a treat stopping my neighbours using my bin as though it was a communal bin.i was sick of going to my rubbish and recycle bin and finding other people's rubbish, half the time non recyclables in my recycle bin and unrinsed stuff in my recycle bin, was getting my blood pressure up! These little straps have worked a treat! Also great for keeping lids secure in high winds, highly recommend 👌

Very good product with detailed instructions for use. They are sturdy and effective. A word of caution: the elastic is very strong and one needs to be careful not to let it spring back on ones' hand when using it

These are superb. It can get very windy round here and after having to retrieve a bin full of plastic from the surrounding fields I decided I needed something to prevent it happening again. On that occasion the bin got blown over.I fitted these, as shown, by looping the through the bin handle but I found that you really needed a strong arm to clip/unclip them. They are a single size for several bin sizes so the larger the bin the more you have to pull them.I had some nice strong cable ties in the workshop so I have used one on each bin handle and then looped this bin lock strap through the cable tie. It works very well and allows me to use the cable tie as a variable tensioner. They are now tight enough to stay in place without needing to pull too hard.Since buying them both our cardboard and plastic bin has been blown over whilst out for emptying on bin day. Both times the strap did its job and the contents remained in the bin.

They are good just wish the clasp was bigger they're a little awkward to grip when taking it off to open the bin because the strap is so tight it tends to whip back, gonna see if the bin men have trouble taking it off coz lets face it they take any excuse to not empty the bins, if they do its coming off and Ill buy the old ones I had before.

Got a nice ping if your not careful and it really hurts haha. They keep the lid on and kept my neighbours from using my bins. Cheaper than the other locks and is just as effective and they stay on even when the bin is emptied by the brash bin men who are not careful with the bin.Really good buy wish I got them sooner! XExtra note having a set of 2 is brilliant as it’s one for recycling and one for rubbish!
