Been having moisture issues with all vivotek IP cams (including this one) over the past 6-12 months.
vivotek has been slacking , big time, over the past 6-12 months. this one didnt have the small discessent anti-moisture bag (that install instructions said should be included) , and on others of this exact model they have always included that bag. + we have been having issues with Moisture intrusion on all lines of Viviotek IP cams as of the past 6-12 months (never had this issue with vitorek IP cams for the prior 8 years of using them). we have since moved from VIvotek to Axis IP cams (Axis IP cams are quite a bit more $, but WORTH IT!!)
