Perfect for running a half marathon in. A little hot but looks good and the hat stayed on with elastic!

Really funny costume! exactly what i wanted but the material on the inside has ruined the clothes i wore underneath...it's like a harsh material that made my dress bobbly and frayed and my tights rip!
