Great newer edition of the classic trivia game
My family was looking for a newer version of Trivial Pursuit to play over Zoom and this was great. We decided to not play with the new "ruby" aspect and instead use those spaces as "roll again" spaces though to speed up gameplay. Great questions from 1978-2018. Lots of fun!

Best Trivia Pursuit Edition!! Buy it!
The best Trivia Pursuit hands down! I bought this for my mom who is a long term reigning trivia champ & it was a game changer! Made it much more competitive for the rest of us who are not history bugs or sports buffs.... even the tweens got into it. My dad owned the sports subject in the original and this one got had him on the run! Great family fun & perfect twist on the original

The version we’ve been waiting for…
This is the version of trivial pursuit my family has been waiting for since the original game came out! The variety of questions allow everyone to play without feeling stupid. There is a incredible mix of general interest, historical, pop-culture, and advanced questions. If you play this game with teams everyone will feel that they can be a part of the game.

Fun Game Night
Only complaint is that the pieces are transparent and hard to tell some of the colors apart (orange and pink / blue and purple). Questions are challenging but doable. Getting enough right that we feel we are really competing.

Complete and good condition thank you
Thank you, very happy with purchase. Had an issue with courier delivering to wrong address. FYI please don't use Aramex NZ again. They are notoriously bad here in New Zealand

Fun Twist
The ruby edition is a fun little twist on the original Trivial Pursuit game. We have played it a couple of times so far and we have really enjoyed it. It's nice to have sets of cards that have been updated. What I'd love from the company is an app on which you can view cards. That way they can always be updated and new cards could be added. I would even be willing to get this on a subscription basis.

Love Trivial Pursuit Games
Love trivia games. This one is good and interesting! I didn't like how small the print was on the cards and the fact that it was difficult to tell the colors apart. Also, wish they had additional card packs to purchase.

Ruby adds a new twist but questions are too easy and not categorized correctly
Pros:Ruby piece adds some interesting gameplay and strategy. If someone is ahead of you on pieces you can delay them winning by taking the ruby piece back. Being able to choose the category based on the year is a nice change as well.Newer questions (up to 2018) make the game feel more relevant.Cons:Questions are pretty easy. It is not uncommon for someone to go on a very long run where they don't miss anything.Questions are not categorized correctly. For example, you can pick Geography and get a question about the Olympics in a certain city, but the question is about the sport, not the city. The questions are written poorly. There will be details in the question that have nothing to do with the answer instead of being subtle hints (like how jeopardy questions are written)There are a lot of random multiple choice questions where you can't really work out the answer and it's not something anyone would know unless they happen to be an expert in that field (in which case why even have the question multiple choice?).Cards themselves are not high quality and have already started showing a lot of wear after just one gameplay.Overall I think this game is a good idea that was executed poorly. The questions are not written well and in some parts are completely miscategorized. Also, the pink and purple squares are very similar colors and we constantly have to double check if we're on pink or purple. They could have made the shades of each color more different.
