LMNT Zero Sugar Electrolytes - Variety Pack Bundle | Drink Mix | 18-Count

I cannot express how happy I am to have this junk-free electrolyte option! I, like other reviewers, have food sensitivities and histamine issues, and this is one of the few brands that feels “right.” (I first discovered it at my local sauna spa, which only carries healthy supplements.) My favorite flavor is their grapefruit, but these 3 in the multi-pack don’t disappoint. If you like the taste of the super sweet brands out there, then one packet per pint of water should do the trick. I personally find that HALF a packet per pint is still plenty sweet, and I’m happy to drink 2 glasses. More hydration, less junk!

LMNT is Awesome. It is a must try for sure. I’ve tried a few Electrolyte Drink mixes. Some are good and some are just okay. It just depends on your individual needs. I’ve struggled with low sodium and potassium levels for a while, and this did the trick with key ingredients. The Taste is good but yes a bit salty, for me the magic number is 28 oz of water per one packet. It mixes well and is not grainy at all like other powders. All the flavors are good, again a based in individual palate. I use one packet per day after workouts or housework and it hits the spot, I prefer it with cold water.

This is my fave electrolyte brand! Every time I drink it I always feel more hydrated, my energy levels improve overtime and I feel less fatigue or faint. The powder dissolves well in water so no weird grains like I’ve experienced with certain brands in the past. And it rates nice! I sometimes I want a cold drink and I just drink this with some ice and it hits the spot

These electrolyte drink packets are very effective for people with POTS, or anyone concerned with dehydration & electrolyte replacement. They taste good, they have enough sodium for someone with my health issue, and they dissolve easily for quick preparation! They are comprised of a fine powder that smells fruity and the ingredient list is pretty clean. I have to drink these daily so it helps that they do taste great! My favorite flavor is the raspberry.

These are very effective, they taste great, I did not experience any weird odor or digestive effects. They did not have the strange chemical taste that most of these have and I really enjoy them. They help with your energy and have great ingredients. If you're on a weight loss journey especially high protein or GLP journey these will come in handy.

I got these because they don’t have citric acid. However, they do have a huge amount of sodium. If you put an entire packet in a 16 oz bottle, it tastes like salt water. It’s gross. Half a packet is ok for taste, but really not necessary unless you’re out in the heat and losing a lot of sodium.

I love thos product. I use 2 a day and it keeps my leg cramps away that I get because I don't eat carbs. I do wish they used allulose instead of stevia or better yet no sweetener. Taste is great price is high for the ingredient cost. Dissolves easily in room temperature water.

LMNT packets are precisely what I needed to increase water consumption. They are not at all too sweet because it does not use fake sweeteners. The flavors I have tried are all good, but my favorite is the lemon citrus. Added bonus is the electrolytes, so I no longer am dizzy upon standing. Highly recommend.
