The Beheading (12) (The Beast Arises) Hardcover – November 22, 2016

This book quickly wraps up the series, snipping off the loose ends. A bit too quickly for my like. Some time jumps at the end and character arcs felt rather forced.

We get the wrap up, but honestly, I could have done without the finale. Love the actual Beheading, though.

This is the last book in the Beast Arises series. Too many loose ends and plot lines unfinished, (going to Titan in search of the Grey Knights?), which caused me to contact Black Library to verify that this was indeed the last book. Their answer was YES, but "who knows". "Maybe spin off books will come out". Really ? These books were over priced and never came out in paperback, only hardback, never giving the customer a chance to purchase a less expensive alternative. Nice going Black Library, (Games Workshop).

great series for any warhammer 40k fans

Great series. Really enjoyed the roller coaster of events. It was nice to get more information about the early years of the Imperium, after the Great Heresy.

A decent end to a great series!
