Was ok
The bar itself was very thin, guess I’m used to protein bars, but was shocked how thin it was. However the taste was ok and they had all the ingredients as listed.

Satisfying little snack with the goodness of chia
On a diet and craving something chewy? These slim little bars fulfill the urge without the high calories and with the nutritional benefits of chia seeds. The flavor is excellent, too.

Expensive but worth it
I see a huge mixture of reviews here and I can identify with both ends of the spectrum on the reviews. Yes, these are small. And yes, they are not the best-tasting food in the world. One reviewer stated that these were hard and they should be soft, but these bars were intended to be hard. The apricot Go Raw bar (orange wrapper) is more chewy, but this Pumpkin seed bar is hard and savory and not intended to be sweet and chewy. I personally like both the apricot and pumpkin seed bar, but part of that is because my diet is so limited (due to allergies) that this is one of the only packaged foods that doesn't contain something I'm allergic or sensitive to. So, if you're on a very limited diet (gluten and sunflower and chia and dairy-free) there are so few foods out there that you can throw in your bag for a pre-packaged snack, that these are wonderful. If you can eat anything in the world, these might not compare as well. Think as jerky
Didn’t really picture that these “bars“ would be so super thin. They are literally the thickness of jerky and just as dry, if not drier. Wouldn’t buy them again.

Very expensive but well worth it for me
Very expensive, but well worth it (for me).I'm recovering from leaky gut from years of awful eating. My diet is very limited and I sometimes work 70 hours a week. So sometimes I just dont have time to sit down for a full meal or sometimes I just want a quick snack.If you're used to artificial sugar laden bars with grains, eggs, dairy and other such stuff, these will likely taste awful to you. They are very hard and chewy, which I love. But for people who dont understand what bare minimum truly healthy tastes like, you probably won't like them.If you have the time you can likely make these yourself for much cheaper. But these make the perfect go to quick grab snack or meal addition for me.Pros-truly healthy, no added crap-easy to digest-convenient-subtle but tasty-not messy at allCons-very hard/chewy (but I enjoy it)-expensive as all get out (only reason I cant give it 5 stars-aquired taste (may not taste great to tastebuds who are transitioning)I would say take the plunge and give them a chance, especially if you like pumkin seeds alone. They will likely grow on you.

Small Portions!
I had no idea the bar was that thin and light!You could roll is up into one (1) tablespoon!So in my books not worth cost!
