The decals had no perforation lines on them, had to cut myself.

Kind of cheap
Smaller than I thought and you have to cut the larger ones apart. Not a fan.

3m stickers verified
Stick great had one on my hard hat. It works the adhesives are really good. I bet you could stick this on a window outside in the northeast and not worry about it falling off for 2-3 years.
