We decided to go another route when upgrading our MC75As. Due to our limited warehousing constraints, we needed a device that allowed for mobile computing, communication and cellular internet connectivity. The H70 provides that flawlessly. We use NetSuite as our accounting and inventory software, and that relies on an update-to-date browser to function securely. We found during testing that Chrome and Firefox work quite well within the NetSuite environment. Other Android apps we’ve tested run properly. I saw a comment regarding the call volume, but I was able to make that adjustment in the Volume section found in the AppCenter app.I can’t give enough credit to their customer service rep, Amanda. She went above and beyond with her engineers to help with scanning UPC supplemental codes, a necessity in our field. 100% satisfied. Amanda’s assistance from a matter months ago is the top reason we came back to try the H70.A note to those using Cricket Wireless or other AT&T or T-Mobile subsidiaries. We had to manually add the APN settings (found in Settings > All > More > Cellular Networks > Access Point Names) to use the Cricket Wireless data network. Google “Cricket APN settings” to find more details.

at the beginning I was happy with the phone but it stopped working after just 7 months, for the price we paid I think is not worth.

Pretty solid system with a good weight to it.Barcode scanner works perfectly and does keyboard injection in any text field.The reason I'm giving it two stars is there is no in call volume adjustment for the earpiece or speakerphone.

Our company bought 16 handhelds, before buying we tried a few known brands such as Zebra and Cipherlab. The handhelds I bought work the same or better than the mentioned competition for half the cost. I am glad we bought these, customer support is great along with service.

We ordered multiple devices for projects at work and were pleasantly surprised by the overall quality and feel. The devices also work perfectly (2D scanner as well) and customer support from the seller has been excellent when needed.

Dislike

We have purchased over 20 of these devices. They have worked very well in our client's high paced warehouse environment. When we have any technical issues, the vendor has been very responsive.
