I am 5'10" 160 lbs and the medium fits well gives me a full range of motion. Neck and wrist seals fit snugly . I do need a hockey pull to help get out of the thing but that's true with most dry tops. I haven't had it on the water yet but everything points to it being dry. All the seams are taped fabrick seems tough and rugged all in all comfortable. I will adjust my rating after i test it on the water.
