I found this supplement through a trainer who uses them and I bought them because I work out pretty intensely 6 days a week. I alternate workouts between lifting and cardio but I am almost always sore. It's been frustrating because I eat well and I stretch and roll and use the massage gun, but I assumed I must just be getting old (I'm 37). I have also had a couple of injuries I've been nursing so I started by taking the max amount of this supplement at 4 pills a day and combined it with the Anti-Inflam supplements from the same company and am taking 4 of those as well. I'm not sure if one is working better than the other because I've been taking both of them at the same time, but I plan to continue taking both because I finally feel so much better! I've taken them for almost a month and have rarely been sore. I am thrilled to find something that finally helps!!!

I am an athlete and live a very active lifestyle. For me, it’s easy to have a range of injuries at any given time. I know how to recover while staying active, but Active Tissue is the perfect support supplement. When I’m healing from an injury I’ll take 4 a day, but when my body is feeling good and I just want to keep it that way and support my joints, 2 a day is perfect. I love all of the natural athlete products, but I really recommend this one for Athletes.

My boyfriend has bad knee pain and it gets worse in the damp cold. About 1-2 weeks after starting these pills he noticed a huge difference. This is a fantastic product I’ve been using it for a long time and I’ve noticed a lot of difference in my joints as far as mobility and I have also noticed a difference in my skin seems to be more elasticity. Great for anybody with Arthritis or any other joint problems!

This product is great! Several in my family use it. The most noticeable improvement was in my daughter. She dances 5-6 days a week and several hours each day. I’ve been taking the prevention dose for five months and it’s awesome! I occasionally have knee pain and this has reduced the frequency of my pain. I’ve also had issues in the past with other brands of collagen upsetting my stomach but I haven’t had any issues with this brand. Will continue to purchase.
