60 Inches Airport Windsock Rip-Stop Outdoor Rainbow Wind Measurement Sock Bag with Reflective Belt

I got tired of replacing the cheaper windsocks. After going through 3 socks in 1 year, I took the plunge. It was a smart purchase. The quality of the material is superb. I am not an airport, I am just a beekeeper that got tired of crop dusters killing my bees. It's easily visble from the planes. They know if the wind is blowing in my direction to abort the spraying. So far has held up to 2 storms with shear winds.

Glad we purchased this windsock. It is big enough and bold in color. Seems to be well constructed. Easy to put up I think it was a reasonable price for the size and quality. After the wind beats it up we will purchase another one.

NOT durable. Two months and flag has tears all over. This product is notorious for not withstanding wind. Don’t buy if you want to keep replacing it every 6 to 8 weeks. It’s big it’s beautiful, but it can’t take wind. So why is it called a windsock??!!!

PVC hoop used to hold round shape, was folded in quarters, and creased, so it won't hold round shape. Tried to reshape creased areas, but it will fold over with little effort. Makes it unusable. I would not buy this size. The 36" size, has a hoop they don't fold to ship, and works great. Have had two of those, and they lasted a whole season or two.

Very good quality for the money

Functionality is good, but they only last about 3-6 months in a windy environment, so durability is somewhat lacking.

The Winsock is actually of quite good quality quality materials just was larger than I thought it was going to be. It is out at the airfield and working just right certainly very easy to see from the air. Sorry about no picture. It’s freezing today and I just don’t want to go out and take one!

All the members of my RC flying club are impressed with this replacement wind sock.
