12 Step Workbook: Recovery From Many Addictions

It a self help workbook that guides you through the process of recovery. I use this book in my behavioral health classes.When people leave the treatment setting and find a sponsor to work with, it tends to be a good starting point for their on going relationship they will forge.

Working through recovery you need added work to help you stay in track. I've enjoyed using this book to really work the steps to reach a higher state of mind with my recovery. Easy to read but you'll need a notebook.

If you need some extra help working your steps this book is perfect if you have a sponsor or not. I am actually inbetween sponsors and had this workbook recommended to me.

Got it for reference outside the 12-step rooms. Great when working outside 12-step fellowships.

Perfect gift for a recovering addict, at any stage of recovery. It provides structure for working a 12 step program. Drugs will leave an addict with difficulty organizing thoughts. This book helps by asking questions to nudge and focusing on specific topics. It can help a little to a great deal and it will not do any harm. It is also available for about the same price at Narcotics Anonymous meetings. Some sponsors require it.

Fair. Not overly impressed with worksheets. Could have been stronger in this area

Really have not looked through my book yet, but allowed a coworker to use it. He said while looking through the book that more explanation are given about the steps and much more.

I'm very happy with it, it's bigger than I thought with great reading and questions that make you really think. This is something I will pull out every week to keep it consistent. Good explanation of the steps. I've only started but I know this will be a tool for me time and time again

It's terrible. I see what they are getting at with the questions. But the grammar is so bad most questions are not answerable
