So I used this facewash for atleast 2 years and then got “bored” (?) of it even though it was working, and switched to a dr jart face wash to try something new. Still kicking myself for ever switching.I used the dr jart one for a good year and had to eliminate a different dr jart product from my routine before so I’m not sure why I’m shocked the face wash led to an eventual freak breakout I was getting never-ending large pimples and cysts along my jawline and places I’d never had problems before from the dr jart facewash...lol, so I thought on my toes and re-ordered this one. it’s literally a fraction of the price of the dr jart one (which I can only order from Sephora since most of the ones on here are fake dr jart products) and I can get it overnighted with prime.As for the results so far (ONE time:) it almost instantly soothed an insane breakout I was having, not only that it calmed my skin too, I notice it going back to how it was a little over a week ago before this crazy breakout happened. I had honestly almost given up hope, but this gave me a little bit of confidence back.Yes the pump is annoying to get started but it just takes a bit of elbow grease, while using it for 2 years straight previously I often had that problem and found little methods to get it going. Try holding the part of the pump that screws on to the top with a towel and turning the rotating part pump with the other, usually (eventually) works for me.

Ugh. This was the perfect cleanser. Gentle, took off makeup, skin left fresh and clean. So of course it was discontinued. Old bottles of it selling for $50 on eBay. Yes, Neutrogena, bring it back.

The product itself worked really well and cleaned off all my makeup easily which is the main reason I purchased this. It also has a nice minty feel to it after washing your face which is very refreshing. I also haven't had any irritations or breakouts from this product.My only issue is that the pump itself is stuck and didn't work for me. To use it I have to remove and unscrew the top to dispense some on my hand and then screw it back on after every use. I must have received a defective one with bad packaging, but I personally didn't want to return it since it's my only face wash that I use on a daily basis. The product itself works great though and that's why I give such a high rating.

I have oily skin and occasionally will experience breakouts, clogged pores and blackheads. I have a regimented skin care routine that keeps my skin clear for the most part. Part of that routine is washing my face twice a day and I've been using this product faithfully for a few weeks now.It's a decent face wash. I like the mild smell and certainly like the idea of not having harsh or unnecessary chemicals in my soap. However, I don't feel like this thoroughly cleans my skin, at least not as well as other brands I've tried. The soap doesn't create enough suds while lathering and I think this might be why. Since I've started using this soap, I've developed several pimples and I'm skeptical of this product's ability to deep clean pores, as it advertises.Don't get me wrong, I think this is a good product and it will wash your skin, but for me, I need something that lathers more to clean away the grime and makeup.

I have been using this over 1 year now and not once has Perioral Dermatitis come back except when I went away for a few days and didnt bring my face wash with me. I can't avoid cortisteroids which I think is what started it, so I had to find a solution and this works great. I recently bought this for my daughter to try because she was breaking out from wearing a face mask and she said she loves it and it helps. I'm so happy to have found a solution, mellow smell, skin is soft and mostly my face no longer suffers!!!

After going through hundreds of different acne cleansers, I finally settled on this one and have been using it for about 5 years now. I have a genuine fear that they will discontinue it because it works so well. Perfect daily use on oily combination skin. Since some stores don’t carry it, I get it from Amazon and only a few times had a leak. My only complaint is that I have had a few arrive with a pump that just will not work. Thankfully I was able to just switch it out from another used up one.

I have oily skin. This cleanser is mildly astringent, it leaves my skin feeling soft and clean but doesn't strip it of its moisture entirely. Smells nice, lathers well enough for me. I've been using it for almost two years, mostly have ordered off Amazon-- once or twice it came with a broken pump which was annoying but I just swapped it with the old one.It's a face wash, not a face mask. Leave it on too long & after a couple of minutes you will see irritation (red bumps, some tingling).

Loved this product when I bought it off the shelf at Walmart! Was only $16. First time I didn’t find it in store I found it here..for $25. Come to buy the next bottle is now $50. Used to love this face wash but cannot pay this much. I’ve moved on to CereVa Renewing SA Cleanser for $13 and love it! Seems equivalent to this product! Just for a reasonable price!
